In Houston, there are very few organizations dedicated to restorative justice training. No one is offering a comprehensive, community-based approach that develops practitioners through sustained mentorship and apprenticeship. We fill the gap through a cohort model that trains Houstonians to apply restorative practices in their respective spaces. Our focus on long-term capacity building and cross-community impact sets this apprenticeship apart.

We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including youth and young adults ages 17–24, survivors of harm, and individuals who have been justice‑impacted.
